drand is a public randomness service run by the League of Entropy, a group of independent organisations. It publishes a new signed random value every few seconds, and anyone can check the signature.

Are free postal entries included in the draw?

Yes. Postal entries are added to the entry list and have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
